Jon Weetman
Chief Legal Office (CLO)
Jon Weetman is an attorney specializing in business law and estate planning. Before law school, he had an almost two decades long career in business. Having experience on both sides of the table allows him to better understand and serve his clients.
Jon has a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, an MBA from Loyola University of Maryland and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland School of Law. His negotiation training includes the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.
Jon also is a life-long ice hockey goalie and has a great appreciation of sports and athletes. In addition to playing, he’s been a coach and hockey director. Jon played competitive hockey in the Mid-Atlantic Junior League for the Washington Crusaders, college club hockey at the University of Maryland, and post-collegiate hockey in the Chesapeake Hockey League. He counts among his favorite accomplishments helping to lead his University of Maryland Terrapins team to a spot in the national championship tournament.

Meet Solomon Lacy III, CEO, investor, author, and financial strategist. A former Alabama State University fullback, Lacy applies the same discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking from the field to the boardroom. As he puts it: “I didn’t make it to the NFL, but I went pro in business.”

Prior to this, she held high-impact roles across leading global organizations, including Lululemon Athletica and Standard Chartered Bank. Bettina's career has been marked by her ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize operations, and successfully manage large-scale projects as well as strong crisis management skills, including handling major public crises.
Bettina holds a Master of Science in Gender, Development, and Globalization from the London School of Economics, where she graduated with distinction. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Political Science and English Literature from the University of British Columbia, where she was a full scholarship recipient and an active leader in student advocacy and government.
A passionate advocate for community and leadership development, Bettina serves as a Board Director for Imagine1day USA, where she has been the highest fundraiser in the charity's history.

career as an athlete and later working with elite athletes, Jamaal has honed a unique perspective on performance and teamwork that guides his leadership.
As President & CEO of Rashad Group Consulting and Advisory, he guided organizations in achieving sustainable growth through innovative communication, strategic planning, and investor relations. Despite expertise spanning business consulting, venture capital, international trade, and a variety of entrepreneurial ventures, Jamaal is most passionate about doing impactful business with impactful people who have a commitment to excellence.
Brian Whitten

Brian Whitten is a true titan in the business world—he doesn’t just sit at the table, he brings the table. Brian’s innovative ideas and uncanny ability to think ten steps ahead have driven growth and transformation at every organization he’s touched. After 20 years helping build his family’s firm, Whitten & Associates, into a national powerhouse (now part of Acrisure), Brian continues to shape strategy as an Acrisure shareholder and Chief Strategy Officer at Qued-Up.
It’s Brian’s unique perspective and knowledge that enable him to create and design products from multiple insurance carriers to fit clients’ exact needs. Under his leadership, Whitten & Associates has specialized in consulting, customizing, implementing, and servicing voluntary benefit plans since 1962. The firm has built numerous niche insurance products and managed a distribution network of hundreds of agents and brokerages, marrying deep product expertise with market-first innovation.
During his tenure as Principal and Vice President of Marketing and Recruiting, Brian managed multi-million-dollar budgets, led a nationwide agent force, and cultivated high-level partnerships with Fortune 100 companies and government entities. Colleagues rely on him to integrate operations, navigate complex transitions, and drive cross-functional initiatives with clarity, precision, and an open, collaborative style.
Beyond insurance, Brian is a seasoned real estate investor and entrepreneur, and he has co-founded multiple startups. He also served as CEO of a national nonprofit amid one of our country’s most challenging periods—proof of his “roll-up-your-sleeves” leadership and deep commitment to mental health. His philanthropic passion lives on through The Whitten Giving Fund, which supports causes at local, national, and global scales.

A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing, Brian enjoys boating, golf, and quality time with his Belgian Malinois, Rambo.
